CHALLENGES EVERY COMPANY FACES:

• Not every member of a company is a mad adventure-loving person wanting to jump out of planes or bungy jump. Through past experience, just the mere suggestion of having to go out and do something different with one's company, has many breaking out in a cold sweat and deciding to skip the day entirely.
• Often just one individual dealing with irrational fears can put a dampener on the event, as these individuals affect everyone around them.
• Obviously, the bigger the group, the more chance there is that not everyone in the group is going to cope with extreme activities.
• Many Corporate Fundays are not as successful as they could be, because service providers do not always cater for everyone.

SO.... WE HAVE PUT TOGETHER SOMETHING DIFFERENT WITHOUT LOSING THE EDGE!

This is corporate teamwork at its best- a company undertakes to complete a number of community projects. From gutters to gardens to painting to making over children's rooms - anything is possible.

Once a company is committed to completing specific projects, materials are ordered and a team of workers goes in to set everything up for " D day". D day is when the company arrives en masse to complete the makeover. Wild Cave Adventures provides the expert supervision and the company provides the workforce.

By the end of the day, the tasks are all completed and nothing beats the look on the faces of those receiving the makeover....everyone is left with a great sense of achievement.

CORPORATE ADRENALINE CHALLENGE (best for numbers greater than twenty)

Many companies are filled with average people whose idea of adventure is reading a spy thriller! Keeping these people in mind, we have designed a package with a sense of competitiveness BUT with no pressure to get people to get out of 'comfort zones'.We do, however, guarantee that everyone comes away having experienced something unique and memorable.

HOW THE CHALLENGE WORKS:

This is based on the "AMAZING RACE" experience. Teams are divided up well before the time. It is preferable that someone at the company sorts out the teams so that the adrenaline junkies and couch potatoes are evenly distributed.It has also proved successful to put people together who have never worked together. Friends pitted against each other, makes for a lot of evil fun!

Teams face the challenge of deciding which tasks and activities suit the capabilities of their team mates.So... the more adventurous members undertake the more physically challenging activities, and the other members take on the other tasks. In this way everyone is catered for and does not feel pressurised in any way, other than helping their team to complete these fun challenge as smoothly as possible.

The cost per competitor is worked out on providing all equipment, entrance fees, guides/facilitators and all pre-production that is crucial for the day's success.

OPTIONAL:

a high tech component to the event with the company providing a cell phone per team can be introduced.At least one of the locations would rely on high tech communications to find it.

TRANSPORT:

There are two options depending on budget:-

EITHER the members of the teams travel in their own vehicles to a central location, park and then use 2 of their own vehicles to take them on the race. Everyone can then be dropped off afterwards for the drive home.

OR the company hires combis with a driver in each to transport the teams.
